Recruiter Vetting Process

How Merato vets and approves recruiter applications to maintain platform quality.

What We Evaluate

Every recruiter application is reviewed by our team to ensure quality across the platform. We evaluate:

  • Professional experience — At least 2 years of active recruiting experience preferred.
  • LinkedIn profile — A complete, professional profile that demonstrates recruiting activity.
  • Specialization fit — Clear expertise in specific industries or role types.
  • Network quality — Evidence of a strong candidate network in your stated specializations.

Review Timeline

Applications are reviewed within 1-2 business days. You'll receive an email notification when your application status changes to approved, rejected, or pending additional information.

If your application is rejected, you can reapply after 30 days with an updated profile. Common reasons for rejection include insufficient experience, incomplete profiles, or specializations not currently in demand.
