Tier Overview
Merato has a three-tier system that rewards high-performing recruiters with greater access and benefits:
- Lite — Entry tier for newly approved recruiters. Access to all public roles with a submission cap.
- Standard — Earned after successful placements. Higher submission limits and priority support.
- Preferred — Top-tier status for elite recruiters. Early access to roles, no submission caps, and featured recruiter badge.

How to Advance
Tier advancement is based on your placement track record, submission quality, and platform activity. Focus on submitting high-quality candidates that match role requirements — quantity matters less than quality.
Quality over quantity
A high interview-to-submission ratio is the strongest signal for tier advancement. Submitting fewer, better-fit candidates will get you promoted faster than high-volume, low-quality submissions.
