Your Billing Dashboard
The Billing page in your company dashboard provides a complete view of all financial transactions. View invoices, download PDF receipts, and manage your payment methods.
- Payment methods — Add, update, or remove credit cards via Stripe Elements.
- Invoice history — Chronological list of all invoices with status (paid, pending, failed).
- Download receipts — Click any invoice to download a PDF receipt for your records.
- Transaction details — View bounty breakdowns, placement details, and payment dates.

Automatic Billing
When a candidate is marked as hired, Merato automatically generates an invoice and charges your payment method on file. You'll receive an email confirmation with the invoice details.
Failed payments
If a charge fails, you'll be notified immediately. The placement and bounty remain on hold until the payment is successfully processed. Update your payment method in Billing → Payment Methods.
